Position Summary The Fill Finish Technician II performs preventive and corrective maintenance on Fill Finish manufacturing equipment in a GMP-regulated environment. This role builds upon Technician I capabilities by demonstrating greater technical knowledge, independent troubleshooting skills, effective work management, and the ability to mentor junior technicians. Day Shift - 2,2,3 schedule 6am-6pm Key Responsibilities Perform basic to intermediate preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) activities independently. Troubleshoot equipment issues and determine appropriate corrective actions while escalating when necessary. Read and interpret basic P&IDs, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and vacuum schematics. Assess equipment impact, component criticality, and maintenance-related risks. Utilize SAP, equipment manuals, and technical documentation to manage work and locate parts and schematics. Maintain assigned PM and CM workload without overdue work orders. Apply systematic problem-solving techniques independently and within team settings. Support continuous improvement efforts by redlining PMs and assisting with work instructions and troubleshooting guides. Maintain training qualifications, GMP compliance, and 5S standards. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and document emergency work orders appropriately. Train and mentor Technician I personnel and support team development. Report safety incidents and ensure compliance with all site safety procedures. Qualifications Meets all requirements of Fill Finish Technician I. Working knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, prioritization, and risk assessment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in SAP work management and maintenance documentation. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
