About the Role Do you love working with your hands, solving home repair challenges, and helping people, but hate the hassle of chasing down leads, estimating, and collecting payments? We are looking for a skilled, professional Handyman/Craftsman to join our team. In this role, you will focus entirely on your craft. We handle the scheduling, customer service, and billing so you can spend your time doing high-quality work for appreciative homeowners. As a W-2 employee, you will enjoy a stable, supportive environment. What Success Looks Like On a day-to-day basis, you will travel to residential and light commercial jobsites to complete a variety of small-to-medium home repairs and improvements. You will walk the customer through the project, explain your process, complete the work safely, and clean up the work area when you are finished. You will also use our mobile app to document your progress and log your hours. Over time, success in this role means building trust within our local community. You will become the go-to expert our clients ask for by name. You will help us maintain our reputation for reliability, quality, and respectful service by consistently completing projects on time and to the customer's satisfaction. What You Will Do Perform a wide range of home maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, drywall patching, door and window adjustments, trim work, and basic tiling. Complete minor plumbing and electrical tasks, such as replacing a faucet, installing a ceiling fan, or updating light fixtures. Evaluate projects on-site, discuss options with the customer, and adjust the scope of work if unexpected issues arise. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at every job site.
