Apartment Maintenance Tech Join Our Team! Skilled Maintenance Tech Wanted - Keep our community thriving! ! The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced, Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians.

Job Responsibilities:

Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner. Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas. Manages records of activity in maintenance log. Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize. Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Required Qualifications:

At least 6 months of onsite experience Valid I.D. Required Have reliable transportation Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties EPA/HVAC and CPO certifications are a Plus and Pay More! This is a great opportunity for those who have left the industry and looking to get back in. Hotel, Rehab, Condo, and Carpentry experience all a plus!
