Work orders:

daily track and complete resident requests using digital property management software Preventive maintenance: inspect building systems daily to catch small issues before they turn into expensive emergencies.

Emergency response:

answer urgent calls for urgent issues Unit turnovers: prep vacant units for new residents by making sure units are move-in ready.. #HP powered by
