Job Description
Position Summary Titan Flow Control, Inc. is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support operations across our manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for maintaining production equipment, facility systems, and infrastructure to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, electrically capable, and comfortable troubleshooting a wide range of industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Troubleshoot CNC equipment, fabrication machines, pumps, and material handling systems Maintain facility systems, including HVAC, lighting, compressed air, and plumbing Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime Maintain maintenance logs and service records Assist with installation of new equipment and facility improvements Coordinate with outside contractors when required Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with OSHA standards Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred) Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Working knowledge of electrical systems (480V, 3-phase preferred) Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals Basic welding and fabrication skills Strong problem-solving ability Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in industrial environments Preferred Qualifications PLC troubleshooting experience CNC machine maintenance experience Forklift certification Formal technical training or trade certification Work Environment This position works in an industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures. Proper PPE is required.
