AES Window Cleaning is hiring one door hanger runner in Charlotte. Every lead this company runs on comes from the hangers our runner puts on doors. Our technicians work because you worked. That's not a motivational line, it's the actual chain. No flyers, no leads, no jobs, no company. You're the front of it.

THE SPRINT 13

weeks. A hard start and a hard finish, both on the calendar before you take the job. We're not going to pretend this is a career you'll hold for ten years. It's a sprint. You come in, you go hard for 13 weeks, and you finish — with more money than most guys in your position make in six months, and a $1,000 completion bonus in your hand two weeks before Christmas. Most people spend December scrambling for money. You'd spend it done, paid, and free.

THE MONEY

$0.21 for every verified door hanger you place Daily performance bonus up to $40 $250 bonus at the end of week 4 for hitting your numbers $250 bonus at the end of week 8 $1,000 completion bonus for finishing all 13 weeks Scooter, hangers, uniform and every piece of equipment provided by AES — you don't buy anything to do this job You use your own vehicle to get between neighborhoods, so your gas is on you What the full 13 weeks pays: 500 doors a day — about $9,300 600 doors a day — about $11,300 700 doors a day — about $13,200 That's a $3,900 spread , and it's entirely in your hands. Same route. Same hours. Same scooter. The only thing separating those two guys is how each one decided to work. Nobody else touches that number.

THE DAY 7

15 AM Monday team meeting. 7:16 is late. 7:30 AM clocked in, plan submitted, tracking on — from inside your neighborhood. 4 to 6 hours on a scooter, placing 500 hangers on 500 front doors, in the nicest neighborhoods in Charlotte. About 2 hours back at the office prepping tomorrow's route — sorting your blocks and pricing the next 500 homes off our chart. This is real work, it's part of the job, and it's paid. End-of-day report before midnight. Seven to nine hours a day, Monday through Friday.

THE PART NOBODY EXPECTS

It's not the heat and it's not your legs. It's your head. Around hour four you're doing the same motion on the four hundredth house and it feels like it's never going to end. No manager standing over you. No coworker to talk to. Nobody checking. Just you and the next door. Here's what that actually is, though. Most people never find out whether they can keep going when the only thing making them go is themselves. You'll find out in about six days. Some guys discover they're steadier than they thought and get fast. Some discover they need somebody standing over them. Both are real answers — but you'll know, and most people never do.

YOUR FIRST WEEK

Nobody does 500 on day one. We don't expect it. Day 1: 250 doors — and we're out there with you for the first stretch Day 2: 325 Day 3: 400 Day 4: 450 Day 5: 500 You get built up to the number instead of thrown at it. From there, 500 a day is the standard, and you'll be ready for it.

WE TRACK EVERYTHING, AND YOU SHOULD KNOW NOW GPS

on your route. A clicker for every hanger, photographed at the end of the day. Clock in and out with location. Not because we assume the worst about you. Because we pay for work that actually happened, and this is how we know it did. Your numbers are also how you earn more money and the next seat up. If being measured feels like an insult, this isn't for you.

WHAT YOU WALK OUT WITH

The money's the obvious part. Here's the rest: You'll have finished something hard. Most people your age haven't. That changes how you carry yourself and it doesn't wear off. You'll know how to run your own day. No supervision, a number to hit, a system to run. That's the same skill every good manager and every business owner has. You'll have a reference that means something. When we tell somebody you completed the 13-week sprint at AES and hit your numbers, it carries — because we don't say it about people who didn't. You'll have been on a team that gets better on purpose. We meet every Monday, we track real numbers, we tell each other the truth about performance, and everybody here is trying to be better in three months than they are today. That's not normal in this industry. It's the whole reason this company exists.

Three things. If you read them and thought "that's a lot," you're not, and that's fine.

WHAT HAPPENS AT WEEK 13

Three doors, and you pick: Take the $1,000 and go. No hard feelings. You leave with $9K to $13K, a real reference, and something you finished. Run it back. If you were good, another sprint at a better rate. Talk about something longer. If you were excellent, we'll have that conversation — Lead Runner, or a technician seat. Our lead technician started here as a trainee and is running his own crew this fall. That door is real, but it's earned with numbers, not intentions.
