Description:

Maintenance Technician - $34-$36/hr (Off-Shift Availability) Join a clean, modern manufacturing facility as a Maintenance Technician . This role involves both mechanical and electrical maintenance on automated equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently. Candidates must be open to working off-shifts. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems Support equipment changeovers and minimize downtime Read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics Troubleshoot conveyors, motors, bearings, gearboxes, and related equipment Work with PLCs, HMIs, hydraulics, and pneumatics Complete maintenance documentation and follow safety procedures Perform basic facility maintenance as needed Qualifications Maintenance experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with 3-phase motors, conveyors, bearings, and industrial equipment Ability to use electrical meters and read schematics/blueprints Experience with PLC troubleshooting preferred Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and general facility maintenance Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Mocksville, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $74880.00 - $79040.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
