Role:

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd Shift team and keep our manufacturing operations running like a well-oiled machine. If you're a hands-on problem solver with a knack for troubleshooting and staying one step ahead of equipment issues, we want to talk.

Shifts:

2nd: Monday-Friday 4pm-12am / 3pm-11pm The maintenance department staggers their team among various hours. Hours are flexible to department needs and employee availability.

What You'll Be Doing:

Diagnose and repair electrical issues on production equipment Perform root cause analysis and resolve breakdowns Execute scheduled preventative maintenance plans Handle general building maintenance, A/C inspections, and repairs Read and interpret schematics and blueprints Perform basic welding and machine fabrication (MIG/Stick a plus) Collaborate across departments to keep operations smooth Maintain safety standards and comply with OSHA regulations

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED required 2-5 years of relevant maintenance experience Solid industrial electrical knowledge Comfortable lifting 50 lbs and working in a physically active role Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to work flexible hours, including OT as needed Excellent communication skills and a team-first mentality

Bonus Points If You:

Can weld using MIG & Stick electrodes Have HVAC maintenance experience Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
