Job Description

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and improve machinery and mechanical equipment and components such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines. Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and improve systems components.
These activities may include:
drive control components and I/O, Working knowledge of controls programming, Electrical sensors and field devices. Perform basic fabrication and machining tasks: Set up and operate shop equipment and portable power tools, Set-up and perform basic stick/mig welding tasks, Use precision measuring equipment for machining.
Perform millwright tasks:
Moving material, equipment and machinery using standard methods of lifting, rigging, hoisting, blocking, skidding and rolling. Level and tram rolls. Perform Preventive, Predictive, and Emergency Maintenance inclusive of: Production equipment, material handling equipment, safety devices and facility utilities following standard procedures as indicated on PM route sheets or in equipment manuals, Set-up PM's on new equipment, Update PM's on existing equipment for frequency and job plan. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and Safety Practices at all times. Perform any assigned duties that fall within the scope as defined by site management.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED. 3 years of Maintenance experience in Industrial/manufacturing environment. Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
