Overview We are looking for a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team on the third shift. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of manufacturing equipment within our facility. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and ready to tackle diverse maintenance challenges to keep operations running smoothly. Duties Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems using schematics and technical manuals. Troubleshoot equipment issues using electrical diagnostics tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics. Conduct welding (stick welding), equipment repair, and precision measurements with specialized instruments to ensure optimal performance. Operate industrial machinery including scissor lifts and other equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, track maintenance history, and plan future tasks. Read electrical blueprints and schematics for troubleshooting complex systems involving PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and low-voltage electrical systems. Collaborate with team members to diagnose engineering troubleshooting issues and implement effective solutions promptly. Skills Proven experience in manufacturing facilities or industrial maintenance environments. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including electrical troubleshooting and electrical blueprint reading. Hands-on experience with HVAC/R systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial mechanics. Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics tools effectively. Skilled in stick welding and general equipment repair with a focus on safety and quality standards. Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance management purposes. Excellent analysis skills combined with customer service orientation when working with internal teams or external vendors. Ability to read technical schematics and troubleshoot complex electrical or mechanical issues efficiently.
