Job Description

We are seeking a versatile Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in machine repair, fluid power systems (hydraulics/pneumatics), motors, and conveyor systems, along with a willingness to handle general warehouse facility maintenance. Key Responsibilities Machine & Equipment Repair:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment and production machinery.
Fluid Power Systems:
Maintain, repair, and overhaul hydraulic and pneumatic components (pumps, valves, cylinders, lines).
Motors & Conveyors:
Inspect, test, and repair electric motors, gearboxes, and conveyor systems (belts, chains, tracking). Preventative Maintenance (PM): Execute scheduled PM tasks on plant equipment to minimize downtime and prevent breakdowns.
General Warehouse Maintenance:
Handle routine facility repairs (e.g., dock equipment upkeep, lighting changes, basic fixture repairs, and safety checks).
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse facility maintenance.
Technical Skills:
Expert knowledge of machine repair and the use of power tools.
Physical Ability:
Able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly.
Core Skills:
Strong troubleshooting skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to interpret safety rules and technical manuals.
Education:
High school diploma or GED. Ability to perform basic calculations (all units of measure). Bilingual (Spanish-English) it's a plus.
What We Offer Pay rate:
Starting at $25.00/hour.
Schedule:
1st shift (7am-4pm) / M-F •
NEEDS TO HAVE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK SOME DAYS ON
3rd shift (8pm - 6am)•Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
