Part-Time / Vendor Overview We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help maintain two self‑storage facilities located in Willow Springs and Angier, NC. This role requires someone who is organized, self‑motivated, and able to handle routine facility upkeep. Candidates must have their own tools, equipment, and the ability to haul items away when needed. Key Responsibilities Weekly facility walk-throughs — Inspect property conditions and identify issues Inventory units — Track unit status and update records Lockout units — Secure units according to company policy Remove locks when required Clean out units — Clear debris and prepare units Get units ready to rent — Ensure units meet cleanliness and readiness standards Pick up trash around both facilities Take pictures when needed for documentation Communicate with site manager regarding issues or updates Respond to facility issues as they arise Cut locks when necessary Other responsibilities may be added as needed Requirements Must have personal tools and equipment Must be able to haul away items when required Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and follow instructions Basic maintenance and repair skills preferred
