•Description SUMMARY The Engineer I is responsible for: Respond to all guest's requests in a timely and efficient manner. Assist in department needs as directed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Engineer I's primary responsibilities will include: Respond or perform duties of a groundskeeper, handle and double check guest requests in a courteous, efficient, safe manner. Complete work order request forms on a daily and timely basis. Perform duties of helper or as assigned. Report any unsafe conditions to the Director of Engineering. Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITY

Must have basic knowledge of building mechanical systems and controls, energy management and building maintenance skills. May require ability to drive pick-up truck and snow removal equipment. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities are required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education -High school diploma required. Experience - Six months experience in related field preferred.

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
