Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) equipment, and mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals. Install new appliances and mechanical components following safety standards and manufacturer guidelines. Conduct repairs on mechanical systems such as air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and kitchen appliances to minimize downtime. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment between sites as needed. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used to support operational efficiency. Collaborate with team members to diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions promptly. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and troubleshooting procedures for HVAC & appliance technology. Hands-on experience with appliance installation, maintenance, and repair in commercial or residential settings. Mechanical knowledge related to mechanical systems repair including air conditioning units and refrigeration equipment. Ability to operate construction tools and perform basic construction-related tasks when necessary. Customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients regarding repairs or maintenance issues. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
