Job Description
Our client, a manufacturer in Youngsville, NC, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience, along with hands-on pneumatic and hydraulic skills. This is an overnight shift role suited for a technician looking for long-term stability with a growing company. Job Responsibilities - Repair and maintain production machinery, motors, and conveyor systems Perform routine preventive maintenance and equipment inspections Troubleshoot 480V 3-phase and 24V DC electrical systems Diagnose and repair pneumatic and hydraulic components Log maintenance activity, repairs, and recurring issues Support light welding, fabrication, and facility upkeep Maintain a clean, safe work area Take on additional maintenance projects as assigned Job Requirements - 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Hands-on experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and supply own hand tools High school diploma or GED Allen-Bradley PLC experience a plus Forklift experience a plus
