Service & Maintenance Technician We are looking for a skilled and dependable maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on knowledge of general carpentry and plumbing, with a strong ability to keep our facilities running smoothly and looking their best.

Responsibilities include:

maintaining and servicing our sales lot, vehicles, shop, and storage areas, as well as managing grounds upkeep and seasonal snow removal. Candidates must have demonstrated experience operating a skid steer and payloader. Concrete experience is considered a strong advantage.
