Job Description

Job Overview Marvin Composites is hiring a Facilities Technician at our Fargo, ND location. In this role you'll maintain the building and grounds that support our manufacturing teams each day. You'll take on a variety of hands-on building and grounds needs, including preventative maintenance, basic building repairs, inspections, seasonal grounds support, and coordination with outside vendors. Your work will help keep the facility safe, clean, and ready for the team.
Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday, day shift Highlights of your role
  • Maintain the building and grounds through preventive maintenance, inspections, and day-to-day facility support
  • Repair basic wear or damage to facility areas, including doors, windows, drains, lighting, and other building needs
  • Monitor building and grounds needs, including public walkways, parking areas, landscaping, and other shared spaces
  • Coordinate with outside vendors to support building systems, snow removal, lawn care, landscaping, drains, and other facility maintenance needs You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
  • Bring practical maintenance experience and experience using basic tools to troubleshoot and complete repairs
  • Take initiative, stay organized, and work independently while supporting a variety of building and grounds needs
  • Communicate clearly with team and outside vendors to help keep facility work moving Also want to make sure you have
  • Valid driver's license required
