Job Description

Maintenance Press Technician Location:
Columbus, NE Pay:

$19.99+/hour, based on experience

Shifts:

1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Keep Production Moving — Put Your Maintenance Skills to Work! If you know your way around industrial equipment and enjoy troubleshooting, repairing and keeping machinery running at its best, this could be a great opportunity for you. We're hiring Maintenance Press Technicians in Columbus for all three shifts. This hands-on position is ideal for someone with experience in industrial maintenance, electrical and mechanical systems, hydraulics and pneumatics. Shifts & Pay 1st

Shift:

6:30 AM

•3:30 PM 2nd

Shift:

3:00 PM

•11:30 PM 3rd

Shift:

11:00 PM

•7:00

AM Pay:

$19.99+/hour, depending on experience What You'll Do As a Maintenance Press Technician, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production press equipment to help ensure safe, reliable and continuous operation.

Responsibilities include:

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on presses and other production equipment Diagnose equipment failures and complete work orders accurately and on time Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics Assist with equipment setups, adjustments and repairs Respond to maintenance needs and help minimize production downtime Follow all safety, quality and environmental requirements What We're Looking For Qualified candidates should have experience with: Industrial press maintenance and troubleshooting Mechanical and electrical systems Hydraulic and pneumatic systems Reading technical drawings and schematics Diagnosing equipment problems and completing repairs Automotive manufacturing experience is preferred , especially experience working with stamping or press equipment.
