Full Job Description Maintenance Technician Location:

Lincoln, Nebraska Shift:

1st Shift | Monday-Friday We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support daily production operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility equipment in a manufacturing/food-processing environment. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC electrical equipment , including controls, sensors, relays, switches, fuses, timers, and motor starters. Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, belts, bearings, chains, sprockets, pulleys, and rollers . Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems , including pumps, compressors, cylinders, hoses, seals, and high-pressure components. Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment, including conveyors, HVAC systems, pumps, water heaters, heat exchangers, evaporators, and fans. Maintain and troubleshoot high-pressure processing/pasteurization equipment . Support occasional on-call maintenance needs as required. Qualifications Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience. Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Hands-on experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems . Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance. Welding experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and prioritize safety and quality.
