Duties and Responsibilities Perform hands-on repairs on a variety of equipment and structures, addressing issues from faulty machinery to structural wear. Execute a preventative maintenance schedule to ensure the longevity and proper functioning of all facility equipment. Install new equipment including POS systems as needed, ensuring they are set up correctly and safely for operation. Manage an inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, ordering new items as required to ensure availability for repairs. Oversee and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or large-scale projects. Ensure the proper functioning of all safety systems through regular checks and scheduled testing. Conduct regular inspections of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, to identify and resolve issues. What We Offer Competitive wage and benefits package.
