As NFM's Return Dock Specialist you're focused on processing the returned customer product purchases and properly coding all uncrated products and ensuring processes are being followed.

Examine product for defects

Accuracy :

Process paperwork, tag products and assign status coding for returns

Play Your Part :

Wrap merchandise and properly note any arising problems on order

Qualifications:

Can You Check These Boxes? Must be 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED preferred 6 months' customer contact experience Positive, upbeat attitude Ability to lift/push/pull required weights Operate scanning equipment preferred Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to criminal background check
