Patera Landscaping is looking for an experienced pool installer to help build and grow our pool division. We primarily install fiberglass and vinyl-liner pools, with occasional work involving gunite pools. We're looking for someone who understands the complete installation process and is ready to take pride in building high-quality pools from start to finish. Responsibilities Install fiberglass and vinyl-liner swimming pools Assist with occasional gunite pool projects Perform excavation, grading and proper pool placement Install plumbing, pumps, filters and other pool equipment Complete backfilling, leveling and jobsite preparation Troubleshoot installation and equipment issues Coordinate with concrete, electrical and landscaping crews Maintain clean, organized and safe jobsites Communicate professionally with customers and team members Help train and lead crew members as the division grows Qualifications Previous professional pool-installation experience required Experience with fiberglass or vinyl-liner pools strongly preferred Working knowledge of pool plumbing, equipment and construction Ability to read plans, take accurate measurements and follow manufacturer specifications Strong problem-solving and leadership skills Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Ability to operate equipment is a plus Willingness to work outdoors and perform physical construction work Why Join Patera Landscaping?
