Traveling Sign Installer Antrim, NH | Full Time | Approximately Three Travel Weeks per Month Do you enjoy working with your hands, traveling to new places, and seeing a finished project come together because of your skill and attention to detail? Maineline is a family-owned sign company that designs, produces, and installs signage for residential communities throughout the East Coast and across the country. We are looking for a mechanically capable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in precise work and can represent maineline confidently while on site. Sign-industry experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with strong hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve in the field are encouraged to apply. Travel and Compensation Travel is a core part of this position. A typical month includes approximately three weeks of travel, with most trips occurring Monday through Friday and team members typically returning home for the weekend.

When traveling for maineline:

Paid time begins when you arrive at the maineline shop Company vehicles are provided Private hotel rooms are provided Travel time is paid Maineline pays for all required travel and accommodations A daily per diem is provided while traveling Travel includes a mix of driving and air travel Most travel occurs Monday through Friday What You Will Do Install interior and exterior signage, including wall mounted, post mounted, dimensional, vinyl and specialty signage Read sign location maps and installation details to ensure accurate placement Measure, level, align, mount and finish signage with precision Use hand tools, power tools, ladders and lifts safely and confidently Assess field conditions and troubleshoot installation challenges Perform quality checks and document completed work Communicate professionally with clients and on-site contacts Own the installation from arrival through documentation, and final cleanup Who we are looking for You may be a strong fit if you: Enjoy traveling and are comfortable being away from home during the workweek Take pride in precise, highly visible finished work Skilled with tools and enjoy solving practical installation challenges Notice small details and double-check your work Work independently while following documented standards Communicate comfortably and professionally with clients Remain calm and resourceful when job-site conditions change Treat safety, equipment, and client property with care Want to develop specialized installation and technical skills Are comfortable working from ladders and lifts and lifting 50+ pounds Have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Can pass a background check and drug screening

Experience:

Sign-installation experience is preferred but not required. We also welcome experienced candidates from finish carpentry, millwork, cabinetry, architectural installation, commercial construction, field service, or other precision installation backgrounds.
