Job Description

All Points Property Maintenance, LLC is looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our Landscape Maintenance Division . We are an established property maintenance company serving residential and commercial properties throughout the Lakes Region. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and are looking for a long-term position with a growing company , we'd like to meet you. Responsibilities This position includes a variety of landscape maintenance and seasonal services, including: Spring and fall cleanups Bark mulch installation Weekly lawn mowing and maintenance Landscape enhancements Shrub and ornamental pruning General property maintenance Residential and commercial snow plowing Snow blowing and shoveling during winter operations Qualifications Ideal candidates will have: At least 1 year of landscaping or property maintenance experience preferred Experience safely loading and unloading equipment and trailers Experience towing trailers Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card Basic knowledge of plants, shrubs, and softscapes Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs. Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to understand and carry out daily job-site goals Willingness and ability to participate in winter operations, including operating equipment, plowing, snow blowing, and shoveling What We Offer $20-$25/hour , based on experience Average 40+ hours per week Health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Consistent full-time employment Opportunities to learn additional equipment and skills Opportunity for advancement within a growing company Typical Schedule Monday-Friday, approximately 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Some Saturdays and schedule adjustments may be required depending on weather conditions, seasonal workload, and client needs. $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
