Part Time Maintenance Technician Part Time Maintenance Technician Schedule is: 4 hours per day - 10:00am to 2:00pm Department Facilities Employment Type Full Time Location Charlestown, NH Workplace type

Onsite Scope:
We are seeking a reliable candidate with the following qualifications and responsibilities:
Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Able to work independently and assist in various tasks as needed. Comfortable with heights.

Responsibilities:

Wash and clean equipment and vehicles. Perform general painting and cleaning of buildings. Make mail runs and handle lunch pickups. Run errands as required. Collect scrap parts from different areas of the building and manage their disposal. Lift and carry items weighing 40-50 lbs. Physical Demands and Abilities Able to lift up to 40- 50 pounds Regularly performs repetitive tasks Regularly possesses manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Education and Experience High School w/1 + years' experience or AA/AS/Technical School w/0-1 years' experience
