Full Job Description Maintenance Technician Location:
Concord, NH and surrounding New Hampshire properties
Pay:
Starting at $30.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications. Job Description Keystone Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team serving apartment communities throughout New Hampshire. We are looking for a dependable, highly skilled individual with extensive experience in apartment maintenance, renovations, carpentry, flooring installation, and general construction. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, can complete projects independently, and consistently delivers high-quality workmanship while providing excellent service to residents and team members. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: 7+ years of property maintenance, construction, remodeling, or renovation experience Must be willing to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Extensive experience with apartment renovations and unit turnovers Strong carpentry skills, including installation and repair of cabinets, countertops, doors, trim, and windows Experience installing and repairing flooring, including LVP, vinyl plank, laminate, and tile Drywall repair, painting, and finishing experience Experience performing general plumbing and electrical repairs Ability to diagnose maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Additional Qualifications Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred Valid driver's license is required Ability to travel between company properties throughout New Hampshire Must pass a background check Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work on a daily basis Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies Strong communication and customer service skills Benefits We offer an excellent benefits package, including: 100% employer-paid medical insurance 100% employer-paid dental insurance 100% employer-paid life insurance 11 paid holidays per year Paid vacation and sick time An additional paid day off for your birthday 401(k) with a dollar-for-dollar employer match up to 5% If you are a skilled maintenance professional looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
