Job Description

The Equipment Service & Maintenance team provides value add by: Planning and executing assigned maintenance processes, ensures completion and respective documentation. Analyzing technical problems on site, and completing maintenance procedures or repairs, according to plan. Overseeing or executing ramp up, set up and starting procedures to prepare machines and equipment for operations. Contributing to installation projects on site, and supporting accountable Industrial Engineers. Supporting maintenance of technical documentations of processes and equipment.
The Senior Technician:
Provides technical maintenance and support, responsibly identifies and solves single failures, incidents and malfunctions, and carry out setup procedures. Ensures function readiness for scope or range of system, devices or technologies (in IT, production, facilities technology). Provides 1st level application related customer service, for a defined small scope of applications. Clarifies issues with stakeholder, plans own work in preparing maintenance and repair assignments. Identifies reason for failure, and takes the prescribed measures to fix it. Coordinates own work with, or coordinates work of service provider employed.
