Hotel Maintenance Engineer
Job Description
Exeter Inn - Maintenance Engineer Boutique hotel under new management by Greenwich Hospitality Group The Exeter Inn is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will perform preventative maintenance and handle repairs throughout the property to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine preventative maintenance across hotel facilities Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, painting, and general building systems Respond promptly to maintenance requests Maintain compliance with safety standards and hotel policies
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience required Prior hotel maintenance experience preferred Strong skills in plumbing and painting required Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality Must pass a background check and drug screening Must be available to work days, nights, and weekends.
