The Process Operator III will o perate and maintain a chemical clean line to remove contaminants from parts before and after the aluminum dip braze process. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in area of responsibility. Interest in hands-on manufacturing or chemical processing. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety. Comfortable working around chemicals (with full training and safety equipment provided). Willingness to work weekend shift and be part of a dependable team. High school diploma or equivalent. Perform chemical film (iridite) application to treated parts in accordance with military and aerospace standards. Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols when handling chemicals and process tanks. Inspect parts for cleanliness, surface finish, and proper coating. Record process information and support quality and production teams. Wear proper PPE (gloves, apron, goggles, etc.) and strictly follow chemical handling procedures. Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with all environmental and safety regulations.
