Must currently live in the local area and reliably commute immediately. This position is responsible for over-seeing the Resort to secure operations, policy and procedures of the property during the 3rd shift hours. Full or Part-time, Schedules vary 10-14 hour over night shifts between 5pm-7am or 9pm-7am, Friday, Saturday & Sunday, weekends and holidays. Applicant must be able to work independently. Qualified candidates are required to have a proven work history that demonstrates integrity, honesty, dependability, reliability and have a positive attitude. Maintenance staff will be responsible for maintenance and repair work for Mittersill property, rooms, units, grounds and public areas. General maintenance and repair workers fix and maintain machines, mechanical equipment, buildings and assists in on-going renovation programs. This position may be required to paint, repair flooring, janitorial work, lawn/snow maintenance, work on carpentry, building, plumbing, electrical and heating systems. As well as, respond quickly and troubleshoot using necessary tools. The job requires both indoor and outdoor work, and sometimes lifting heavy loads.
