Crotched Mountain School & Village is nestled into a beautiful mountainside campus in Greenfield, New Hampshire and serves children and young adults with complex neurodevelopmental disabilities, autism, acquired brain injuries, and significant behavioral challenges. Location:
Greenfield, NH Hours:
Monday - Friday; 7:00am - 3:00pm What you will do as a groundskeeper/maintenance technician at CMS….
  • Perform essential groundskeeping tasks: snow removal, mowing, pruning, weeding, mulching, and sweeping.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as trucks/snow plows, small bucket loaders, zero-turn mowers, weed trimmers, etc… safely and responsibly.
  • Monitor and report unsafe conditions promptly.
  • Support road and grounds maintenance efforts across the facility.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards and MSDS guidelines for materials and equipment.
  • Attend mandatory training and participate in other duties as assigned.
What you will bring to the position for skills and experience…
Education :
High school diploma, GED, or HiSET required.
Experience :
At least one year of lawn care and road maintenance experience preferred.
License :
Standard driver's license (Class C or D) required.
Skills :
Strong communication abilities, adaptability, and a commitment to workplace safety. Physical Requirements… Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally.
