In this hands-on role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bioprocess, packaging, and utility systems, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards. You will collaborate closely with production, engineering, and quality teams in an innovative, science-driven environment that offers strong training, clear career paths, and the opportunity to impact global health through high-quality life science manufacturing. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bioprocess and packaging equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime Calibrate, adjust, and test production and utilities equipment for optimal performance Document work in maintenance systems following GMP and safety standards Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams on root-cause analysis Support equipment installations, upgrades, and qualifications Follow strict safety, environmental, and quality procedures Participate in on-call rotation and respond to equipment emergencies Required Skills Preventive maintenance Mechanical troubleshooting Electrical troubleshooting Pneumatic and hydraulic systems GMP and regulated manufacturing environments Maintenance documentation/CMMSEquipment calibration and testing Reading technical drawings and schematics Lockout/tagout and industrial safety Root cause analysis
