Maintenance Tech / Security The Maintenance Tech / Security provides responsive, professional service to both guests and staff while helping maintain a safe, secure, clean, and well-kept resort environment. This position is responsible for maintaining resort buildings, guest rooms, common areas, grounds, pools, and equipment, as well as completing general repairs and preventative maintenance. The Maintenance Tech / Security position also assists with resort security by properly securing common areas and vacant or checked-out guest rooms at the close of business, monitoring the property, and responding appropriately to guest and staff needs.Schedule as follows:
3Days Maintenance:
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM 2Nights Security:

- Available after one year of employment.
Requirements:
2-5 years of maintenance, facilities, or related experience preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent GED. Knowledge of equipment operation and general maintenance practices. General facilities maintenance and coordination skills. Strong observation and surveillance skills. Knowledge of workplace and facility safety practices. Ability to safely lift, move, and handle items and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete assignments thoroughly. Valid driver's license and good driving history. Ability to listen to, understand, and follow directions. Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate information to guests, coworkers, and management. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Flexibility to work weekends and other shifts as needed based on resort operations.
