Responsibilities:

Maintain facility infrastructure, including lighting, piping, flooring, grounds, and general building systemsLayout, construct, and repair woodwork, metal fabrication, piping, stairs, fencing, storage racks, and office furniturePerform preventative maintenance, boiler checks, plumbing repairs, and facility equipment servicingRead and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues

Requirements:

Working knowledge of geometry, algebra, trigonometry, and technical drawingsExperience using precision measuring instruments and maintenance-related toolsBasic PC skills required; SAP experience preferredStrong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and customer service mindset
