Job Description

. Maintenance Technician

Our client is seeking a skilled, dependable Maintenance Technician to keep their modern Lebanon, NH facility running smoothly. This full-time, direct-hire role offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including presses, servo feeds, robots, conveyors, and related machinery

Inspect, lubricate, adjust, clean, and replace worn components

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues

Respond to breakdowns, perform emergency repairs, and assist with equipment installations or upgrades

Support building maintenance, including plumbing, minor electrical work, lighting, painting, carpentry, HVAC support, grounds maintenance, and snow removal

Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions

Assist production teams with equipment setup, changeovers, and technical support

Maintain tooling and equipment; fabricate replacement parts and repair solutions using shop equipment

Monitor parts inventory and recommend replenishment as needed

Maintain documentation

Follow all company safety policies

Support continuous improvement and cost reduction projects

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Maintenance Technician

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training, trade certification, or apprenticeship in maintenance, mechanics, industrial technology, or a related field preferred

3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

2+ years of experience as an industrial mechanic, maintenance technician, or related trade

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Ability to read manuals, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to changing operational needs

Knowledge/experience in any of the following preferred: hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems; welding, basic fabrication, forklift, metal stamping, diagnostic equipment, measuring instruments

Ability to perform an active role and lift up to 50 lbs.
