Bring your tool-and-die expertise to a high-volume metal stamping environment in Lebanon, NH, where precision, uptime, and quality directly shape every production run. In this Tool and Die Maintenance Technician opportunity, you'll work hands-on with advanced progressive, compound, and transfer dies and help keep operations running smoothly. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Tool And Die Maintenance Technician position include: 5-10 years of tool and die maintenance experience in a metal stamping environment Perform preventive maintenance, including die disassembly, inspection, repair, component replacement, sharpening, polishing, adjustment, and troubleshooting Maintain and repair progressive, compound, and transfer dies Use precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers, and gauges Troubleshoot tooling and die issues during production to reduce downtime Collaborate with press operators, engineers, and toolmakers to resolve issues quickly Read and interpret blueprints, tooling drawings, and technical specifications Document completed maintenance and maintain accurate tooling histories
Salary:
$35-$45 per hour.
