As our Property Maintenance Technician, you'll support the general upkeep and maintenance of our Milford facility and Tech Center. Summary of What You'll Do:
Perform routine facility maintenance, general upkeep, and minor repairs. Monitor and maintain Antifrogen levels and Vacuflow sheets. Assemble crates and assist with other facility projects as needed. Maintain the Tech Center, including light cleaning and organization. Identify and report maintenance, equipment, and safety concerns. What We're Looking For Previous general maintenance, facilities, or property upkeep experience preferred. Basic knowledge of common maintenance tools and equipment. Dependable, organized, and able to work independently. Comfortable performing a variety of maintenance and light cleaning tasks. Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform the physical activities associated with facility maintenance. If you're someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping things well maintained, and likes having a variety of projects to tackle, we'd love to meet you. This is a part-time, non-exempt position requiring approximately 15 hours per week and is based at our Milford, NH office . The level of experience and skill will determine compensation.
