Job Description
Full Time, Temp to Perm Responsibilities of the
Maintenance Mechanic :
- Schedule and perform routine/preventative maintenance for each piece of equipment
- Inspect machines for signs of malfunctions, including visual and sound inspections
- Use a variety of power and hand tools to perform job functions
- Complete repairs and parts replacements
- Work effectively with other team members in a production environment
- Repair, install, adjust, or maintain machines
- Complete written record of work performed Qualifications of the
Maintenance Mechanic:
- Strong mechanical and manufacturing machine experience
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics and forklift maintenance
- Light Electrical troubleshooting and repair
- Ability to walk, stand, and lift heavy objects for an extended period of time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Prior experience with crane maintenance preferred
