Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We're looking for an experienced Residential Construction Technician / Carpenter to handle construction, renovation, repair, and property improvement projects throughout New Hampshire. This is a hands-on role for someone with solid residential construction experience who can work independently, troubleshoot issues, and take pride in quality workmanship. Responsibilities Perform residential construction, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance Complete framing, trim, flooring, siding, doors, windows, decks, and finish work Assist with manufactured/modular home installation and setup Complete punch-list work and prepare homes for occupancy Troubleshoot construction and property-related issues Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Coordinate with team members, contractors, and suppliers Assist with seasonal and emergency property needs as required Qualifications 3+ years of residential construction, remodeling, carpentry, or home-building experience Strong carpentry and general construction skills Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field Experience with hand and power tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel between properties in New Hampshire Dependable, organized, and safety-conscious Additional experience with modular homes, equipment operation, basic plumbing/electrical repairs, or reading construction plans is a plus.
