Job Description

Job Summary Join our team as a pool maintenance technician to test and maintain two indoor pools and one indoor hot tub. This is a part-time evening position, 9pm to midnight five nights per week. Previous pool experience is preferred, but water testing and pool maintenance training will be provided upon employment. Weekend availability is a must. Duties Perform regular pool maintenance including cleaning, water chemistry balancing, and equipment inspection to ensure safety and cleanliness. Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems using hand tools and power tools. Handle water treatment chemicals safely, including chemical agent handling and water chemistry balancing to maintain proper water quality standards. Maintain pool plumbing systems by inspecting for leaks or blockages and making necessary adjustments or recommendations. Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the pool room. Experience Previous experience in pool maintenance or aquatic facility operations is preferred. Familiarity with water treatment chemical handling and pool chemistry balancing techniques is preferred. Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills. Hands-on experience with pool plumbing systems, pumps, filters, heaters, and related equipment is preferred.
