The Maintenance Technician is a full-time (40 + hr.), hourly position with paid time off and a generous benefit package. This position provides services for all membership agencies within The Orion GroupÔ. The mission of the Maintenance Department is to provide high quality, responsive, and professional services in these primary areas: carpentry & building repairs; maintenance; landscape/yard work; operation of equipment and plowing; maintaining/operation of wood boiler; and some cleaning of buildings. This position is "working-hands-on- reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. This position will have direct and indirect supervision of part time maintenance department employees, and vocational students. Must be dependable with excellent customer service skills. Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle. clean criminal record -will require background check.
