We're looking for a motivated and ambitious leader to join our growing team and help shape the systems, culture, and experiences that define The Juicery. Position Summary We're looking for a dependable and resourceful Maintenance & Facilities Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be key for keeping our equipment, facilities, and fixtures in top shape. From repairing blenders to fixing leaks to setting up new store locations, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our stores operate efficiently and look their best. This is a hands-on, mobile role that blends day-to-day problem-solving with supporting larger facilities projects and new store openings. You'll visit multiple locations, handle repairs independently when possible, and coordinate with vendors when needed - always making sure the job gets done right and on time. What You'll Do Repairs & Maintenance Perform repairs on store equipment, including blenders, refrigerators, toasters, etc. Handle plumbing (fixing leaks, replacing faucets, unclogging drains) Complete basic electrical work (replacing switches/outlets, light fixtures, etc.) Repair or replace shelving, adjust doors, install signage, maintain flooring, etc. Conduct regular store visits on a rotating schedule to identify and address maintenance needs quickly Facilities & Projects Assist with new store openings by setting up equipment, fixtures, and signage to company standards Help with seasonal maintenance, safety checks, and special projects Maintain an inventory of common repair parts and supplies Keep detailed maintenance logs and share updates with the team Vendor Coordination Schedule and oversee outside vendors for specialized repairs or projects Ensure work meets our quality standards and is completed on budget and on time What We're Looking For Proven experience in maintenance, facilities, or a similar repair-focused role Strong troubleshooting skills with a "get it done" attitude Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and equipment repair Comfortable traveling to multiple store locations within NH, ME, and MA Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders when needed Flexible and able to respond quickly when urgent maintenance needs or emergencies come up A proactive problem-solver who communicates clearly and works independently Schedule & Travel This is a full-time role that requires regular travel to Juicery locations. You'll spend most of your time in stores, with occasional projects that require flexibility in scheduling. Why Join Us?
