Overview We are seeking a motivated Mid-level Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team for the hours of 10:30 - 7:00 pm. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and repair of our manufacturing facilities, ensuring smooth operations through technical expertise and proactive problem-solving. Responsibilities Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Troubleshoot complex issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to identify root causes quickly. Conduct repairs involving welding , low voltage electrical systems, high voltage components, and mechanical assemblies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Assist with service tasks, including troubleshooting on-site equipment at our manufacturing facility. Support safety protocols by inspecting machinery for hazards and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Requirements Proven experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing facilities or similar environments. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with schematics, hydraulic systems, and electrical troubleshooting. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial electrician practices, and low/high voltage systems. Knowledge of industrial mechanics combined with strong analysis skills for diagnosing issues accurately. Experience working with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting. Effective communication skills for clear documentation and service interactions. Background in industrial electrician work or military experience is highly desirable.
