We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the overall functionality of our facilities and equipment. Your work is critical to ensuring a safe, clean, and fully operational environment for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on equipment and building systems Address maintenance requests promptly and efficiently Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs Conduct plastering, painting, and sheetrock repairs Complete all "make-ready" tasks for vacant apartment units, including cleaning and repairs Remove trash and debris from units before, during, and after turnover Repair or replace appliances and fixtures such as stoves, dishwashers, vent hoods, garbage disposals, refrigerators, water heaters, toilets, and sinks Troubleshoot and fix plumbing issues including leaks, low water pressure, and clogged drains Install kitchen appliances (stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, etc.) Follow all safety protocols and adhere to building codes and regulations Assist with additional maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification a plus Previous experience in maintenance, preferably in residential or industrial settings Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems othly while delivering exceptional service through expert maintenance practices!
Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
