A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the property management support team supporting community residents and ensuring the property remains in excellent condition. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. What's the Job? Perform general building maintenance and repairs to ensure safety and functionality Complete painting and drywall repairs to maintain property aesthetics Handle basic plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs to resolve issues promptly Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and prepare vacant apartments for new residents What's Needed?
