Starting Rate:

$30.25/hr Responds to routine maintenance calls as required. Completes duties as assigned or by regular Preventive Maintenance schedule within the scope of the General Maintenance shop. Returns incomplete work service requests to office with explanation for incompletion. Adheres to safe employee practices. Assists with training of the Apprentice Engineer. Lifts and moves tools and parts as related to applicable trade. Preparation of work area to include movement of furniture/obstructions. Must possess a valid New Jersey Driver's license and must be able to obtain a CER License. High school diploma or equivalency certificate. Trade school training or approved apprenticeship program mandatory. Requires a minimum of four years' experience as a Journeyman Electrician, Plumber, H.V.A.C, Mechanic, Ground Support, Maintenance and Machinist. Must be able to read and evaluate blueprints as related to applicable trade.
