Join our team! We are looking for Maintenance Technicians to support the Chief Engineer in maintaining the overall appearance and working order of our award-winning property. This position focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure the facility remains safe, fully functional, and inviting.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems throughout the hotel and restaurant. Address guest and staff maintenance requests promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations. Assist with the preservation and maintenance of historic features in the restaurant and hotel spaces. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe, clean, and organized manner. Support minor carpentry, painting, flooring, and renovation projects. Follow safety regulations and New Jersey codes, including OSHA standards, fire, and health regulations. Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Manager and hotel staff to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Keep accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently as well as with others and possess : Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers. Ability to work independently as well as within a team Knowledge of HVAC, (basic) plumbing, (basic) electrical, carpentry, and basic appliance repair. Ability to snowplow Ability to use hand tools and power tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work PM shift (11:30am - 8:00pm); rotating Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (1pm—10pm) including holidays Valid New Jersey Driver's License preferred
