Job Summary We're hiring a Pool Service Crew Member to assist with cleaning and maintaining residential swimming pools. No prior pool experience is required—we'll train the right person. This is a physically active, outdoor job ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and providing great customer service. Responsibilities Clean residential swimming pools and spas Skim, brush, vacuum, and empty skimmer and pump baskets Test and balance pool water using company procedures Add chemicals as directed Assist with pool openings and closings Identify and report equipment issues Drive between customer locations throughout the day Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and equipment Communicate professionally with customers when needed Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation to our Clinton location Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Comfortable working outdoors in hot weather Strong work ethic and attention to detail Able to work independently after training Pool experience is a plus but not required Schedule Part-time Seasonal position Monday through Friday Overtime available during the spring openings and fall closings Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid training Performance-based raises Opportunities for advancement as the company grows Supportive small-team environment If you're dependable, enjoy working outdoors, and want to learn a skilled trade, we'd love to hear from you.
