$25-$31/hour, based on experience Unlimited overtime opportunities Opportunities for advancement Benefits Medical insurance is 100% company-paid for you and your immediate family. 401(k) with company match Dental Life Paid time off Company-paid health, dental & life insurance What You'll Do Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment, conveyor systems, HVAC/R, refrigeration, and mechanical systems Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs to minimize production downtime Inspect equipment and identify potential problems before failures occur Install, maintain, and repair facility and commercial equipment Document maintenance, repairs, parts usage, and completed work Work with the maintenance team to troubleshoot more complex equipment issues What We're Looking For 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience required Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems Ability to work on conveyor systems Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Experience with HVAC/R, refrigeration, equipment repair, or similar systems Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate company vehicles Preferred Experience MIG/TIG welding Food production or food manufacturing maintenance Commercial kitchen equipment/appliance repair HVAC/R systems If you're an experienced maintenance technician looking for steady weekday hours, strong overtime potential, advancement opportunities, and an exceptional company-paid benefits package, we'd like to hear from you.
