Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. In this hands on role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment while working with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems. Install, build, maintain, and repair industrial equipment and machinery. Perform preventative maintenance to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Diagnose equipment issues and solve mechanical problems efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, repair manuals, and technical charts. Safely operate forklifts, cranes, and rigging equipment as required. Work independently, demonstrate initiative, and follow established safety procedures.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Strong mechanical aptitude with hands on experience troubleshooting industrial equipment. Experience with gearboxes, pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical systems, and basic electrical components. Comfortable working in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment, including around presses and furnaces. Ability to troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain machinery and production equipment. Experience reading blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and equipment documentation. Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs. Forklift, crane, and/or rigging experience preferred. Ability to speak, read, and write English for workplace communication, documentation, and safety requirements. High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Pay:
